Rules and Regulations

When you make a confirmed Booking through our Website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions as noted on our Website, including on this Page.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of $500 is required to secure your booking.   Cancellation should be notified more than 14 days during Low Season and more than 21 days during High Season.

Cancellations notified less than 14 days or 21 prior to your arrival may forfeit the full deposit.

Churchill Apartments reserve the right to retain the Security Bond or charge for loss of days / weeks lost, if a long term booking (months) is cut short without agreed sufficient notice.

Check-In / Check-Out

At a time made by prior arrangement and agreement.  A Security Deposit of AUD$500 (refundable) will be collected upon Arrival if a deposit is not made by Credit Card at initial confirmation of Booking.  This Security Deposit is refunded in full a few days after Check-Out unless damage has been caused.

Tariff

Tariff Includes weekly service only.  Apartments requiring more frequent service may attract a higher Rate.

Cleanliness of Apartment

It would be appreciated if the Apartment could be left in a reasonable condition acceptable to Churchill Apartments on check-out.  The person named on the booking will be responsible for the apartment.

A minimum surcharge of AUD $50, plus additional cleaning costs if necessary, will be deducted from the Security Deposit if the apartment is handed over in an unsatisfactory condition.

Facilities in the Apartment

The Apartments are equipped with plush carpets, superior ceramic tiling, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, intercom security and secure vehicle parking.  Specifications may vary slightly from time to time as equipment and facilities are replaced or upgraded.  All Apartments are fully self-contained.  Please ensure you bring your own personal toiletries and beach towels.

The occupant must report any breakage or loss to Churchill Apartments.

The occupant is responsible for any breakage or loss.

There shall be no subletting of premises.

No smoking allowed inside the Apartments.

No pets are allowed.

Churchill Apartments shall not be responsible for the loss of any valuables, money or personal effects of the occupants and guests.  Occupants and guests are responsible for their own safety and Churchill Apartments shall not be held liable for any injury or accident sustained by occupants and guests during their stay in the Apartment.
